Pro or anti-smoking

I was watching TV and saw a very hard-hitting commercial against cigarette smoking. You see a kid pours a bowl full of some kind of chemical and claims that smoking is more stupid than eating a bowl full of chemicals. Then their website was briefly flashed "stupid.ca". Ok, at first I was agreeing with their message objective, because I do believe that smoking is in fact very bad for your health (there are at least 50 cancer causing chemicals inside a cigarrette as the website claims). So when I go onto the website I see something very different. You just see a bunch of teenagers with that "trying to be cool" act. The website was in fact all about being rebellious and being the typical cool teen that goes to the punk rock shows and probably smokes pot. Ridiculous. Personally, as much as I'd like to go against smoking, I see these organizations as a ploy that uses smoking as a tool to rebel against, while simultaneously promoting other things that only the media may have something to gain from. For crying out loud, the message that I got was more along the lines of "yeah, if you wanna be cool, you go to these punk rock shows and you dress like a skateboarder and wear baggy boarder pants and these skater shoes." It did not make me want to quit smoking (I forgot to mention that I am a smoker trying to quit), it just made me feel like I just wasn't cool enough, cause I don't sakteboard and listen to punk bands. This is the gut feeling I got. My gut feeling is that these so called "anti-smoking" organizations are using these ploys against something that can be targeted easily and critisized easily, which are the tobacco companies, so that other so called "fads" can be brought back to life. Obviously, I smoke now and quitting soon, but I do not condone smoking AT ALL. I understand it's ill effects and it only makes sense that these foreign chemicals get into your lungs to the very small cell to cause damage. However, I do NOT agree with organizations critisizing tobacco companies, while they have no real intent to stop the youth from smoking. But thier only real intent is to market their youth/teen culture so that we'll all start buying skatebooards and take up snowboarding and listen to punk rock. It's sad, but this is what brainwashing has become. Brainwashing does not come in the form that we think it comes in, like where you see this very comforming looking gentleman with a clean suit on. And why isn't there anything against pot smoking, meth, cocaine, shroom. Isn't it alot more destructive to destroy ones soul and spirit, than the body?,because isn't that what drugs like these do? The only problem is, people now think religion is old and that destoying the mind is "part of society". Pretty sad, but I still know alot of older people in their late 20's that still think it's "cool" to smoke pot, even though they don't directly say it like that, you can still see through them. I say that if there are any "real" organizations against all this, I'd piss my pants if I saw them be brave enough to stand up against the "real" power which is this ongoing drug use among teens and adults. People have to realize, as I heard Colin Powell say, that he cannot understand how these youngsters will use drugs to destroy their minds and spirit, the very one most important eternal gift that God has given us. If your an Atheist or some other sort of religion other than the one that involves God and Jesus than fuck off and go blow yourselves like Marylin Manson does. But if not then thanks for reading.

E Waste (A growing problem)

So what happens to all the old cell phones and computer monitors that get thrown out. E-waste is a growing problem growing exponentially. So where does all that go? Currently they are trying to pass legislation that will require manufacturers to collect or pay for all the accumulating e-waste. I say we should require them not only to collect it but recycle it and reuse it. I think in Maryland they have a company that recycles all this waste and makes sure that every bit and part is reused. I always wondered WHERE all the garbage we throw out goes. If the dump sites are just filling up , then eventually it'll get to the point where there is no room for junk. What happens then? Do we just toss it off into space?

So What Attracts Women?

That is the one question I guess is in every man's mind. I've been reading up a bit from this guy who seems to know everything about "How to attract women." To all the women, you gotta read this stuff and tell me what you think (http://www.sosuave.com). Well, from all the information I had gathered from all this and I came to some conclusions. That is women have animal instincts that they CANNOT control. The bottom line is that they are biologically "wired" to respond or let's say attracted to someone if the guy pulls the right strings. If you could see right through them and get to that part they cannot really do anything but "fall" for the guy. I'm not sure if I should believe everything, plus this was some stuff I read up on in the internet and this guy is trying to market his books and DVD's, so I'm not sure if it would be reliable information. However, it does make sense. I guess its also obvious that beautiful women are not attracted to "wussies", and they are well equipped with the "wussydar". Also if you are too clingy and needy, you either get the dominant controlling woman, or most beautiful women won't find you attractive. It's funny how men are the ones looking for a woman and doing the chasing. When you see all the documentaries on animal behavior and instincts, it's usually the female that chooses the male to mate with. I think that as humans we have logic and sense, but in the end we are all biologically wired to act in certain ways to either attract or be attractive to the opposite sex. So for women, they have an animal side to them that they cannot control. Once that guy hits those emotional strings for attraction, they cannot help but be attracted to them. I also learned that once a guy shows even a bit of desperation, it's all over. I'm not talking about the unattractive girls, I'm talking about the pretty, intelligent and hot ones. These are the women that EVERY guy looks at, wants and chases. These are the ones that have some sort of magnetism about them, and you just cannot seem to pin point it. For this very reason it only makes sense that these women would and have the right to choose the best and only the best. So if your the guy and you show some unattractive character traits, such as "wussiness", desperation, clingyness, indecisiveness, unconfidence, then its all over. You have to be the guy that is different and sets you apart from all the rest. Also, you can't be too cocky and self absorbed. You can be cocky and funny, but you cannot be just cocky and full of yourself. I also find that you have to say the right things at the right time. And you cannot think too much about it, you just do it. If you think too much you get all uptight and worried so again if this happens you might as well call it off and move out for the moment. Then I always hear the usual mumble jumble. People, even other women will tell you "if your a really nice guy, and you treat the women nice, and pretty much be an ass kisser, then you should have no problem in getting a girl. " This is all a load of crap I think. I think this only works if the woman is either going to to se you or that they are not really the pretty and intelligent ones. The bottom line is this. If you are looking for that really attractive women that every man wants, you have to treat these attractive women like they are let's say "that nerdy girl" that always had a crush on you. In other words, you cannot treat them too special, because if you do, then your just like any other guy. If you don't, then that will throw them off and that creates tension, which is good.
